Shipments and returns
Whenever possible we aim to send your purchase on the same or subsequent business day (typically Monday to Saturday). Depending on the value of the shipment, we use 1st Class Mail in the UK, and Airmail elsewhere. We offer Next Business Day delivery for a small surcharge in the UK, and may send larger orders using this method as standard. As a family run business, there may be periods where delivery is delayed (such as holidays), where possible we will advise our customers in advance via the website,

Our P&P charges - we aim to provide a fair price for the Postage and Packing Service we offer - which is not just the postage fee. We aim to pack each item carefully and securely - using double layers of bubble-wrap, pallet wrap and "Fragile" Tape; We do not limit our delivery schedule to minimise cost - your purchase will be sent the same or next day.
Whilst we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, we allow you 14 days grace to return the goods (unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition) to us for a full refund. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage however. In order to ensure we accept your returns, please let us know in good time via email@example.com or call us on +44 1844 201313.
NB: To receive the full refund, items must be sent back within 14 calendar days of your delivery. But please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this; many clients decide to take an alternative model instead of a refund. we always try to be accommodating!
Items not received:
Very occasionally items will be "lost in the post" - we always welcome an email confirming your purchases have arrived safe and well, but please let us know if there has been a delay. Typically items in the UK will arrive the day after posting, but we have to wait at least 15 days before we can "chase" Royal Mail. Outside the UK delivery times can vary from 1 or 2 days in Ireland, 4-5 days in Europe, to a couple of weeks further afield. In the event the item does not arrive (lost items do typically turn up eventually) we will arrange for replacements to be sent, or a refund if you prefer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you find a problem with the item(s) you receive - this is very rare but does happen from time to time. We will replace any faulty items if we have stock, if not we will offer a refund. If possible, please also provide a photo of the fault.
