5000 usa model Ford

This is a very accurate model of the USA type 5000.
I have been trying for 10 to 15 years to locate the exact type of model in a Ford Major 4000 that I have owned from new in 1965 in Tasmania Aus . Mesh grill and external headlights etc.
Please does anyone know if one exists?
