Delivery to Ireland

Delivery to Ireland
Due to Brexit - we are seeing some delays delivering to Ireland - also there are changes to the way we charge:
All orders for Ireland (in fact anywhere outside UK) are no longer charged VAT.
This will likely mean our customers will be charged local VAT when the item arrives in country.
UPDATE XMAS 2022: We are seeing many deliveries to Ireland have not been delivered in a timely manner - we would like to confirm we have completed all the necessary Customs Information (including "TARIC" Codes, country or origin etc).
We have been using Royal Mail and I assume AN Post - between them things have been going from bad to worse with no way of tracking deliveries.
We are now offering DPD local as an alternative as this service is quicker, can be tracked and seems to be reliable.
We will assess the situation in the New Year - but reports relating to AN Post are not promising and with many problems with Royal Mail it seems likely we will limit the shipping service to DPD in Ireland (or other carriers for larger orders)
We can only apologise for the problems this is causing but we make every effort to send the items within 24 hours or order placement - it's just a shame the our postal services is in such a mess.
