Delivery to Ireland

Due to Brexit - we are seeing some delays delivering to Ireland - also there are changes to the way we charge:

All orders for Ireland (in fact anywhere outside UK) are no longer charged VAT.

This will likely mean our customers will be charged local VAT when the item arrives in country.

Sadly we are not a big enough business to be able to charge local VAT which would mean having a presence in that location (or use a 3rd party who charge a significant amount to do this for us)

In short - we have to work this way otherwise it would be uneconomical to sell outside UK :-(

We are looking at other shipping options to see if we can introduce a service that offers shorter delivery times and tracking - our current Service with Royal Mail has no tracking option. However - Brexit has also lead to an increase in delivery charges - so it's a hard one!
